I was born in Tijuana Mexico and my parents moved to San Francisco when I was 9 months old. I grew up in Fremont until we moved to Livermore right before my junior year. I graduated from Granada High School and Cal State Hayward, I still refuse to call it Cal State East Bay! My nickname is AC and AC Impacto to some people lol. I love Livermore and everything it has to offer and the great group of people in our community. I enjoy reading and traveling and I like to support our community. Most importantly I love my friends and family, you know who you are! Everyday I try to improve and become a better human being!
Q: What are some fun activities to do in Livermore?
Wine Tasting, golf and going Downtown.
Q: What makes the Livermore community so special?
The people it truly is a unique one of a kind place. Having traveled to different locations you come to appreciate our beautiful city and everything it has to offer.
Q: Please tell us about where you work and what you love about what you do?
I work for Change Home Mortgage and I love being to be able to help people buy a home for their family or help them improve themselves financially. Everyday is different and you are constantly learning and improving each day.
Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
Casa Orozco, Demitris, Hop Devine, Wasabi Bistro and Sauced.
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in Livermore since 1992.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
My Dad ironically he was the singing waiter at Casa Orozco from the early 90’s until 2010 when he retired. I was always amazed at how he could sing Happy Birthday to a customer with such confidence and make their day! He truly is one of a kind and to this day he is an inspiration to me because of how he chooses to live a happy life.
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
Star Wars I mean who doesn’t? My current Favorite TV show is Yellowstone.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Don’t sweat the small stuff and live life to the fullest.
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Fantasy Books and and Games Comic Shop and Wente Vineyards.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
Christmas Tree lighting and parade and Deacon Dave’s.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
First one in my immediate family to graduate college.
Q: What is your favorite holiday?
Thanksgiving.
Q: Who inspires you?
My kids and wife I do everything for them.
