I’m a proud wife, a mother of three, and a cancer survivor whose journey has shaped the way I see life and purpose. I began my career in corporate marketing, but made the intentional choice to become a stay-at-home mom so I could be fully present for my children during their most important years, a decision I will always be grateful for. As my kids grew older, I felt a pull to rediscover my path and create something meaningful of my own. One night, inspired by the moments that bring me the most joy, family gatherings filled with laughter, connection, and celebration, Crave & Craft was born. It’s a reflection of my love for bringing people together and creating experiences where memories are made and shared.

Q: What advice would you give to people?
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is to not sweat the small stuff. Life has a way of reminding you what truly matters, and so many of the things we stress over in the moment end up being insignificant in the bigger picture. I’ve learned to pause and ask myself if something will really matter days, months, or years from now, and if the answer is no, I choose to let it go. Protecting your peace, your time, and your energy is so important. When you focus on what truly matters, your health, your loved ones, and meaningful moments, you create space for more joy and less unnecessary stress.
