I was born and raised in the Bay Area; the majority of that time I lived here in Livermore. Since I was a teen I’ve had a passion for strength and conditioning and I’ve been fortune enough to turn that passion into a successful business, CrossFit Livermore. I’m the strength and conditioning coach for Hayward Fire Department and I also work with the USAF to help the recruits prepare for the special warfare selection test. On the side, I enjoy reading and learning new things. I live here in Livermore with my fiance, Grace.
