I’m a first-generation American, and I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years. We have two teenage daughters and a son in college, so life is both full and dynamic.

Professionally, my path has been shaped by a deep interest in the mind–body connection. I earned my bachelor’s degree in human development, left my career in the legal field and followed a calling, which was rooted in the field of health and wellness. I become a certified yoga instructor and that experience sparked a broader fascination with how physical, emotional, and mental well-being are interconnected. I went on to complete training in massage therapy, obtained my esthetician license, and later became a certified clinical hypnotherapist. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in human services counseling from Liberty University.

Today, I facilitate women’s wellness retreats and work in the wellness space supporting healthy aging, with a focus on helping individuals feel balanced, resilient, and aligned both mentally and physically. I also manage a vacation rental property in Scottsdale and I’m a member of the National Charity League where I volunteer for a variety of philanthropies with my daughters.

WellSoul Retreats is more than a wellness experience, it’s a movement rooted in community, connection, and transformation. Founded with a deep passion for serving others, WellSoul Retreats is dedicated to providing holistic wellness practices that empower women to become the very best version of themselves physically, mentally, and spiritually. At the heart of this work is a commitment to strength and healing.
