Born in the Bay Area and bounced around up and down the coast, I love all things about California. I got into fitness after I moved back to Livermore to help care for my mom who was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2013. During that time I found a passion for helping others succeed and grow. I was working at a special education facility before I made the transition to fitness. I took the talent for instruction, the passion for fitness, and the drive for personal growth to begin the journey to create my own fitness studio and brand.

My journey started at the San Diego Combat Academy as an amateur boxer for 3 years getting into 10 bouts. I managed a decent record of 8-1-1 but endured 2 concussions which drove me to the instruction side of boxing. I find it so rewarding to see people reach their full potential with their physicality. Finding a challenge and overcoming it has been a large part of my life leading to bigger and better things. One such things was to create a clean, friendly, and fun fitness studio to share my coaching style with as many people as possible.
